Job Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles preferred particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings
- Familiarity with Aloha POS Micros POS or similar point-of-sale systems advantageous
- Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction
- Basic math skills for cash handling and processing payments accurately
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in sanitation

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings
- Take accurate orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring proper food handling and sanitation practices
- Handle cash transactions accurately including basic math calculations for guest checks
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area including bussing tables and ensuring proper sanitation standards are met
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Assist with hosting duties as needed including managing reservations through OpenTable
