Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests in a friendly and approachable manner, making them feel welcome and ensuring their satisfaction
- Accurately take orders, suggest menu items and beverage pairings, and ensure special requests or dietary needs are communicated to the kitchen
- Serve hot, fresh food to guests in a timely manner, ensuring the food is presented according to Red Lobster standards
- Collaborate with other servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless service and an efficient dining experience
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring a safe and clean environment for guests and staff
- Clear and reset tables promptly to prepare for new guests
- Process payments and handle cash or electronic transactions efficiently
