- physical ability to perform tasks involving lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, standing or walking for extended periods
- adherence to uniform and personal protective equipment guidelines

Job Duties
- follow predetermined menus to prepare high-quality food and pastries
- assemble daily reports verifying transaction and meal planning accuracy
- confirm meal components before service
- ensure proper food storage to prevent contamination and spoilage
- serve meals to patrons according to scheduled times and regulations
- maintain and apply culinary utensils with a focus on blades
- prepare food and beverages promptly
- enhance meal presentation through garnishing
- assist with sanitation of refrigeration units, freezers, and cooking and serving equipment
- uphold all food safety requirements including hygiene, handling, and storage
- comply with uniform policy
- coordinate daily menu planning with manager
- monitor food temperatures during storage and service
- maintain cleanliness and organization of work and storage areas
- execute general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and dishwashing
- ensure garbage collection and kitchen floor cleanliness
- perform additional duties as assigned, including aiding other kitchen departments
