- High level of energy and stamina for fast-paced work
- Adept at collaborating effectively as part of a service team
- Strong verbal communication abilities
- Physical capability to bend at the waist and lift up to 50 lbs to waist height
- Ability to transport items up to 50 lbs over distances up to 25 feet
- Capacity to remain standing and active for entire shifts, ranging from 8 to 12 hours
- Able to hear and respond clearly to guest and coworker requests in a high-volume, noisy setting
Job Duties
- Provide proactive table service and guest support throughout the entire dining process
- Prepare for service by rolling clean silverware
- Promptly clear dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils from guest tables
- Perform thorough cleaning and resetting of tables once guests depart
- Execute various cleaning duties such as sweeping service areas and taking out trash
- Handle guest concerns or issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to management for constructive resolution
- Maintain clear and effective communication with fellow team members to guarantee all customer requirements are met
