Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with residents, guests, and team members
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Set up, clear, clean, and reset the dining room routinely
- Take menu orders from residents and guests
- Serve meals promptly and graciously
- Provide quality customer service ensuring resident and guest satisfaction
- Present oneself with professionalism reflecting the values of the dining services team
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth dining operations
- Handle guest inquiries and requests courteously
