Job Requirements

- Ability to lift/carry 25 pounds and push/pull 50 pounds
- Physical ability to stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods
- Ability to work around food and cleaning products
- Residency within the service area
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a dining or food service environment is preferred but not required
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with residents, staff, and management
- Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies
- Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 25 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to work around food and cleaning products
- Demonstrate a positive attitude with the ability to follow oral and written instructions, and perform routine, repetitive tasks daily
- Residency within the service area is required
Job Duties
- Serve meals to residents according to dietary needs and preferences
- Set up and break down dining areas before and after meals
- Ensure a clean and safe dining environment by following sanitation and safety guidelines
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while interacting with residents, guests, and staff
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and dining staff to ensure smooth meal service
- Assist with food preparation as needed, such as plating and assembling meals
- Follow all safety and food handling regulations
