Job Requirements
- Must have previous experience in serving or food service role
- Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have working knowledge of food safety principles and procedures
- Must be able to obtain a food safety certification
- Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Must be physically capable of lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and extended walking or standing
- Must adhere to company safety policies including proper food safety and sanitation
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server or in food service role preferred
- Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Working knowledge of food safety principles and procedures
- Must be able to obtain a food safety certification
- Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Serve food and beverage to guests according to guests orders and/or banquet menu
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and all other offerings
- Maintain appearance and cleanliness of food service areas during event
- Replenish food and beverage product
- Adhere to all alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines including checking guests' identification
- Provide excellent customer service, anticipating guests' needs
- Break down and clean/sanitize food service areas, workstations, and equipment
