Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food service preferred
- excellent customer service skills
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- working knowledge of food safety principles
- ability to obtain food safety certification
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, extended walking and standing
- willingness to wear uniforms and/or personal protective equipment (PPE)
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server or in food service role preferred
- demonstrates excellent customer service skills
- demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- working knowledge of food safety principles and procedures
- must be able to obtain a food safety certification
- must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Serve food and beverage to guests according to guest orders and/or banquet menu
- maintain knowledge of menu items and all other offerings
- maintain appearance and cleanliness of food service areas during event
- replenish food and beverage product
- adhere to all alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines including checking guests' identification
- provide excellent customer service, anticipating guests' needs
- break down and clean/sanitize food service areas, workstations, and equipment
