Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a server or in food service role preferred
- Demonstrated excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal
- Working knowledge of food safety principles and procedures
- Ability to obtain food safety certification
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting bending pushing pulling and/or extended walking and standing
- Willingness to wear uniforms and/or personal protective equipment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Serve food and beverage to guests according to guests orders and banquet menu
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and all other offerings
- Maintain appearance and cleanliness of food service areas during event
- Replenish food and beverage product
- Adhere to all alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines including checking guests identification
- Provide excellent customer service anticipating guests needs
- Break down and clean sanitize food service areas workstations and equipment
