Job Requirements
- Ability to obtain a food safety certification
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to perform physical demands such as lifting bending pushing pulling and/or extended walking and standing
- Must be able to wear uniforms and/or use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Must comply with all alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines
- Willingness to adhere to Aramark safety policies and procedures including food safety and sanitation
- Must maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor throughout the shift
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server or in food service role preferred
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal
- Working knowledge of food safety principles and procedures
- Ability to obtain a food safety certification
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Serve food and beverage to guests according to guests orders or banquet menu
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and all other offerings
- Maintain appearance and cleanliness of food service areas during event
- Replenish food and beverage product
- Adhere to all alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines including checking guests' identification
- Provide excellent customer service anticipating guests' needs
- Break down and clean/sanitize food service areas workstations and equipment
- Maintain a positive demeanor towards guests customers clients co-workers
- Adhere to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation
- Ensure security of company assets
