- Ability to read and write at a 6th grade level
- flexibility to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Previous wait staff or customer service experience preferred especially in hospitality or healthcare settings
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Provide friendly, timely, and professional table service to residents during mealtimes
- communicate daily specials and menu offerings clearly and enthusiastically
- ensure that tables are clean, properly set, and residents feel valued and attended to
- collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure meals are served correctly and promptly
- maintain a warm and respectful environment in the dining room
- maintain high standards for personal appearance and hygiene
- follow all food service department policies and safety rules
