Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food service preferred
- Ability to work weekday shifts including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capability to memorize orders accurately
- Commitment to teamwork and a positive attitude
Job Qualifications
- Team-oriented and adaptable
- Reliable and committed to punctuality
- 0 to 1 year of related experience
- Previous experience in fine dining, catering, or banquet serving may be required at certain locations
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to maintain a healthy and safe work environment
Job Duties
- Serve food and beverages to patrons at counters and tables in coffee shops, lunchrooms, and other dining establishments
- Present menus to customers, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and service
- Memorize or write orders on checks and relay orders to the kitchen
- Serve food and beverages from kitchen and service bars
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned that may differ among accounts depending on business necessities and client requirements
