Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service preferred
- Ability to work open availability on weekdays and weekends
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Physical capability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work in a team environment

Job Duties
- Complete assigned tasks before, during, and after dining room operations including menu review and side jobs
- Serve food and beverages in the proper sequence
- Utilize a tablet for order taking with accuracy
- Maintain knowledge of meals offered and adhere to dietary modifications as needed
- Keep tables neat and clean, promptly removing soiled dishes and resetting tables uniformly
- Work cooperatively with co-workers and supervisors, addressing any complaints or unsafe conditions
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures including those in the Employee Handbook
- Maintain proper food temperatures and apply basic sanitation standards
- Ability to accurately plate and serve meals according to ticket orders with attention to dietary needs in a healthcare setting
