Job Duties
- Complete assigned tasks before, during, and after dining room operations including menu review and side jobs
- Serve food and beverages in the proper sequence
- Utilize a tablet for order taking with accuracy
- Maintain knowledge of meals offered and adhere to dietary modifications as needed
- Keep tables neat and clean promptly removing soiled dishes and resetting tables uniformly
- Work cooperatively with co-workers and supervisors addressing any complaints or unsafe conditions
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures including those in the Employee Handbook
- Maintain proper food temperatures and apply basic sanitation standards
