Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous wait staff or customer service experience preferred especially in hospitality or healthcare settings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and write at a 6th grade level
- Flexibility to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Dependability and professionalism
- Ability to maintain high personal hygiene standards

Job Duties
- Provide friendly, timely, and professional table service to residents during mealtimes
- Communicate daily specials and menu offerings clearly and enthusiastically
- Ensure that tables are clean, properly set, and residents feel valued and attended to
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure meals are served correctly and promptly
- Maintain a warm and respectful environment in the dining room
- Maintains high standards for personal appearance and hygiene
- Follows all food service department policies and safety rules
