Job Duties
- Greet residents and guests warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued
- Take meal orders accurately and efficiently, accommodating dietary preferences and restrictions
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring correct orders and presentation standards
- Assist residents with their dining needs, including helping those with limited mobility or other challenges
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and clearing tables, resetting for the next meal, and tidying serving stations
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring all serving areas and utensils are hygienic
- Monitor residents for any special requests or concerns during meals and address them promptly
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding menu items, dietary restrictions, and special orders
- Assist with special events, including setup, service, and cleanup
- Adhere to facility protocols and guidelines, including maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor
