Job Requirements
- Ability to communicate and understand the directions of management
- Must be able to work rapidly during rush periods
- Able to work with co-workers as a team
- 6+ months prior professional server experience
- Attention to detail
- Organized
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends
- Ability to walk/stand for up to 8 hours
- Ability to lift and move tables, chairs, and equipment of 40lbs or more
- Be able to climb stairs, bend, stoop, reach overhead, pull & push and or lift a tray of 50lbs

Job Duties
- Provides immediate friendly, positive, and attentive attention to all members/guests upon seating
- Must be willing to learn and remember members' names
- Detail orientated in taking food & beverage orders for members/guests
- Maintaining the highest standards of member service
- Memorizing the menu and recommend appetizers, meals and drinks from restaurant wine stock
- Deliver a memorable dining experience by resolving all members issues promptly
- Setting tables and rearranging the dining area to accommodate larger groups and prepare the restaurant for special events
- Helps patrons select food and beverages by suggesting courses, explaining chef's specialties, identifying appropriate beverage pairings, and answering food preparation questions
- Service of orders in a timely, efficient manner per standard operating procedures
- Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed, replenishing utensils, refilling water glasses, and being alert to patron spills or other special needs
- Remains readily accessible and attentive to members and guests at all times
- Maintain a high level of safety and cleanliness
- Bus tables as needed
- Concludes dining experience by acknowledging choice of restaurant and inviting members/guests to return
- Ensures members/guests are charged correctly
- Keeps inventory of dining room items and notifies management when items need to be replenished
