Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a food service or hospitality role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle physical demands such as lifting and standing for long periods
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as wait staff or server
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, and weekends
- Experience in high volume or large event catering is a plus
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Capability to handle noisy and dynamic environments
Job Duties
- Greet guests upon their arrival
- Take orders, deliver to kitchen and check on progress and completion of meal preparation
- Serve guests in a timely, friendly, professional manner
- Check with guests to guarantee they are pleased with their meal and service and take action to correct any problems
- Ensure the total enjoyment and satisfaction of your guests
