Job Requirements
- Part-time availability with open schedule including weekends and Saturdays
- Must have or be willing to obtain San Bernardino County Food Handler's Certificate
- Prior customer service or food service experience preferred
- Ability to work varied lunch and dinner shifts
- Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
- Compassionate attitude towards elderly residents
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service or food service
- Ability to show compassion and empathy towards senior residents
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices
- Willingness to obtain San Bernardino County Food Handler's Certificate if not already certified
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service to residents during meal times
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Assist residents with dining needs and ensure their comfort
- Adhere to health and safety regulations including obtaining and maintaining food handler certification
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and clinical teams
- Attend scheduled shifts including varied lunch and dinner hours and weekends especially Saturdays
