Job Requirements
- Open availability including weekends and Saturdays
- Ability to work varied lunch and dinner shifts
- Reliable with a strong attendance record
- Willingness to obtain or hold a valid Food Handler's Certificate
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience
- Previous food service experience
- Experience working with seniors preferred
- Possession of San Bernardino County Food Handler's Certificate or willingness to obtain
- Strong communication skills
- Compassionate and people-first attitude
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service to residents during meals
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner
- Ensure dining areas are clean, safe, and well-organized
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables
- Comply with health and safety regulations including food handling procedures
- Communicate effectively with residents and team members
- Demonstrate kindness and respect in all interactions with residents
