Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in waitstaff or food service preferred
- Ability to work on weekdays and weekends with open availability
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to use tablet technology for order taking
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Commitment to teamwork and resident-focused service

Job Duties
- Complete assigned tasks before, during, and after dining room operations, including menu review and side jobs
- Serve food and beverages in the proper sequence
- Utilize a tablet for order taking with accuracy
- Maintain knowledge of meals offered and adhere to dietary modifications as needed
- Keep tables neat and clean, promptly removing soiled dishes and resetting tables uniformly
- Work cooperatively with co-workers and supervisors, addressing any complaints or unsafe conditions
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, including those in the Employee Handbook
- Maintain proper food temperatures and apply basic sanitation standards
- Ability to accurately plate and serve meals according to ticket orders, with attention to dietary needs in a healthcare setting
