Job Requirements
- Be of legal age to serve and sell alcohol where applicable
- Obtain all required permits and licenses
- Successfully complete background check
- Completion of all legally required state and local training
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 60 pounds
- Close and distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception abilities
- Ability to comply with dress code
- Adhere to all federal and state laws regarding breaks and meal periods
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash and follow counterfeit bill detection procedures
Job Qualifications
- Completion or progress towards completion of cast certification program
- Completion of Regal Responsible Beverage Server training
- Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- Good public speaking and listening skills
- Ability to respond clearly and directly
- Ability to perform math calculations quickly and accurately
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills with customers, co-workers, and management
- Ability to establish goals and prioritize tasks
Job Duties
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Exceptional guest service skills
- Ensure guest orders are processed timely and efficiently
- Serve alcohol responsibly in compliance with legal requirements
- Adhere to all laws and regulations related to alcohol service
- Maintain current alcohol certification and training
- Promote the Regal Crown Club Program
- Enforce the MPAA rating system
- Understand all coupons and ongoing promotions
- Accurately handle money, cash drawers, delivery receipts, and inventory
- Detect counterfeit bills
- Utilize excellent sales techniques including upselling and suggestive selling
- Operate, prepare, and clean all concession-related equipment
- Properly use all storerooms and cleaning materials
- Follow opening, closing, and intermission procedures
- Comply with emergency, evacuation, and robbery procedures
- Follow all local, state, and federal food safety laws
- Adhere to dress code
- Ensure guest satisfaction by greeting and thanking guests
- Comply with all federal and state break and meal period laws
- Accurately track and report tips
- Complete cast and concession certification program
- Understand training materials related to sexual harassment and discrimination
