Job Requirements
- Be of legal age to serve/sell alcohol according to state and local laws
- Complete all applicable required training and obtain necessary permits and licenses
- Successfully complete a background check
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands and arms, talk or hear frequently
- Ability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds regularly
- Close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- Compliance with dress code
- Abide by federal and state laws regarding breaks and meal periods
Job Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as a concessionist or progress towards completion
- Possession of all legally required state or local training and certificates including Regal Responsible Beverage Server training
- Good public speaking skills
- Effective listening and clear responding abilities
- Ability to perform fast and accurate mathematical calculations
- Ability to identify and solve problems using gathered information
- Ability to perform under pressure and opposition
- Excellent communication skills with customers, co-workers, and management
- Ability to establish goals, budget time, and set priorities
Job Duties
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Exceptional guest service skills
- Ensure guest orders are processed timely and efficiently
- Serve alcohol in compliance with legal requirements including having all applicable training, permits and licenses
- Knowledge of and adherence to all laws and legal obligations regarding the serving of alcohol
- Ensure required alcohol certification and training is current
- Promote Regal Crown Club Program
- Knowledge and enforcement of the MPAA rating system
- Knowledge of all coupons and ongoing promotions
- Responsible for accurate handling of money, cash drawers, delivery receipts, and inventory
- Use counterfeit bill detection procedures
- Utilize excellent sales techniques including upselling and suggestive selling
- Operate, prepare and clean all related equipment
- Properly use all concession-related storerooms and cleaning materials
- Follow all opening, closing, and in-between show procedures
- Adhere to all emergency, evacuation, and robbery procedures
- Comply with local, state and federal food safety laws
- Maintain compliance with dress code
- Ensure guest satisfaction with polite and positive interactions
- Abide by laws regarding breaks and meal periods
- Accurately track and report tips
- Complete or progress towards completion of cast certification program
- Read and understand training materials including those on sexual harassment and discrimination
