Outback Steakhouse values employees’ well-being by offering health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, life insurance, meal compensation benefits when eligible, and the exceptional perk of closing on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day to allow employees to spend time with their families. For positions based in California, responsible beverage service certification is required, with training provided upon hire, further emphasizing the company’s commitment to safe service standards.
