Job Requirements

  • Meet assigned shift requirements
  • Ability to regularly push, pull, and carry objects
  • Ability to stand and walk on foot for 6-8 hours
  • Ability to reach at shoulder level and below waist constantly, above head occasionally
  • Ability to bend downward or forward at waist or knees occasionally
  • Ability to talk and listen to communicate instructions
  • Light work exerting up to 20 pounds of force
  • Able to visualize accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness
  • Close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
  • Passed tuberculosis (TB) skin test within 12 months of hire or be vaccinated/issued at age 16 or older
  • Pass a drug screening test
  • Work in an air-conditioned environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous cash handling preferred
  • Minimum 1 year experience as host or server preferred
  • Basic math and writing skills

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Job Duties

  • Effectively handle assigned sections by greeting guests promptly
  • Take orders accurately and input them into the POS system
  • Process guest checks and payments properly
  • Efficiently serve food and beverages to guests
  • Refill drinks and bus tables promptly after guests leave
  • Describe menu items and promotions knowledgeably
  • Maintain clear communication with kitchen staff and update guests on order status
