Job Requirements
- Ability to walk bend and stand for long periods of time
- ability to lift up to 20 lbs
- ability to work outside in the summer months
Job Qualifications
- Friendly positive attitude
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- strong communication skills
- experience in customer service preferred
Job Duties
- Greet members upon arrival
- make sure all tables are set appropriately for daily reservations
- guide members to their table and accommodate special seating requests
- record reservations and walk ins on the reservations sheet
- set up and clean tables before and after service
- assist in handling member and guest inquiries
- water tables as members are seated
- help clear tables as courses are completed
- refill water glasses and provide additional service as required
- bring used glassware and plateware to the dish pit
- support the team in maintaining the Club's high service standards
