Job Duties
- Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services such as transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning
- Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction with special requests
- Gather, summarize, and provide information to guests about the property and surrounding area amenities
- Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
- Contact appropriate departments such as bellperson and housekeeping to resolve guest issues
- Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management and complete safety training
