Job Qualifications

  • Ability to handle light physical tasks such as lifting up to 10 pounds

Job Duties

  • Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services such as transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning
  • Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction with special requests
  • Gather, summarize, and provide information to guests about the property and surrounding area amenities
  • Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
  • Contact appropriate departments such as bellperson and housekeeping to resolve guest issues
  • Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management and complete safety training
