Job Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive revenue management strategies to maximize RevPAR, ADR, and total revenue
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and demand planning processes across the portfolio
- Oversee pricing, inventory management, and channel distribution strategies
- Analyze market trends, competitive sets, and performance data to drive proactive decision-making
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to align promotional strategies and optimize mix
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing revenue management team
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and ownership
- Assist the department with other duties and projects that support the department's goals
