  • Experience supervising direct and indirect reports
  • Comprehensive knowledge of store operations
  • Strong financial and operational acumen
  • Experience in business continuity and emergency planning
  • Knowledge of retail labor management
  • Knowledge of food safety standards
  • Knowledge of asset protection
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Experience managing large teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
