- 12+ years leadership experience in multi-unit retail
- Experience supervising direct and indirect reports
- Comprehensive knowledge of store operations
- Strong financial and operational acumen
- Experience in business continuity and emergency planning

- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Knowledge of asset protection
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience managing large teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
