Job Requirements
- 10 plus years of leadership experience in live service cross-platform or multiplayer game operations or equivalent entertainment services
- Proven ability to align creative and technical strategies across multiple studios and product lines
- Deep knowledge of game development pipelines from mobile to HD AAA titles live-ops systems and player engagement models
- Strong business and financial acumen with experience managing large-scale budgets
- Empathetic and inclusive leader with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable navigating change guiding transformation and inspiring teams to deliver their best work

Job Duties
- Lead operational strategy for a portfolio of live service and social multiplayer games ensuring smooth delivery sustainable growth and connected player experiences
- Partner with studio and functional leaders to drive operational excellence improve live-ops frameworks and strengthen cross-platform systems
- Oversee budgeting forecasting and resource planning to balance quality creativity and efficiency
- Champion a player-first people-first culture that values collaboration curiosity and continuous improvement
- Mentor and grow Operations and Development leadership talent across studios fostering an inclusive high-performing environment
- Use data and insights to inform decisions track success metrics such as DAU MAU retention and engagement and guide long-term portfolio health
