Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • ten years of related experience in warehousing and distribution
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • strong organization, multitasking and time management skills
  • ability to manage multiple distribution centers
  • knowledge of safety protocols and compliance requirements
  • leadership experience
  • excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • ten years of experience in warehousing and distribution operations or similar roles
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
  • demonstrated leadership and management abilities
  • experience with safety management and compliance
  • ability to develop and implement strategic plans
  • excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Set the overall strategy in multiple distribution centers
  • develop and implement specific short-term and long-term plans and programs to support operational goals
  • manage P&L responsibilities for all assigned locations
  • oversee annual budget development to minimize expenses
  • review performance against operating plans and standards and provide direction to address issues
  • proactively manage safety and respond to concerns
  • diagnose operations issues and assist managers with solutions
  • ensure compliance with all applicable laws and required documentation
  • coach and develop management to balance productivity and customer service
  • lead change management initiatives
  • counsel on labor relations, staffing, disciplinary actions, and cultivate a positive work environment
  • plan and develop management teams and monitor their goals and progress
  • perform other related duties as assigned
