- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- strong organization, multitasking and time management skills
- ability to manage multiple distribution centers
- knowledge of safety protocols and compliance requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and related experience
- ten years of experience in warehousing and distribution operations or similar roles
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- demonstrated leadership and management abilities
- experience with safety management and compliance
- ability to develop and implement strategic plans
- excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Set the overall strategy in multiple distribution centers
- develop and implement specific short-term and long-term plans and programs to support operational goals
- manage P&L responsibilities for all assigned locations
- oversee annual budget development to minimize expenses
- review performance against operating plans and standards and provide direction to address issues
- proactively manage safety and respond to concerns
- diagnose operations issues and assist managers with solutions
- ensure compliance with all applicable laws and required documentation
- coach and develop management to balance productivity and customer service
- lead change management initiatives
- counsel on labor relations, staffing, disciplinary actions, and cultivate a positive work environment
- plan and develop management teams and monitor their goals and progress
- perform other related duties as assigned
