Job Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in food and beverage or hospitality
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, or related field preferred
- Knowledge of food and beverage preparation techniques, health department rules, and liquor laws
- Proven success in multi-unit food and beverage operations within luxury hospitality
- Strong financial acumen including budgeting and cost control
- Expertise in industry trends, culinary innovation, and beverage management
- Experience managing large-scale initiatives and diverse operations
- Proficiency in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing
Job Qualifications
- At least 6 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
- Proficient in Windows and company-approved spreadsheets and word processing
- Knowledge of food and beverage preparation techniques, health department rules and liquor laws
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Capable of effective listening and problem-solving
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Willingness to work long hours
- Able to perform medium physical work
Job Duties
- Oversee culinary and service vision across the Kessler hotel portfolio
- Lead and inspire Directors, General Managers, sommeliers, and culinary teams
- Manage large-scale food and beverage inventories and multi-venue operations
- Develop and execute complex food and beverage strategies
- Ensure compliance with health, liquor, and safety regulations
- Drive financial performance through budgeting, cost controls, and revenue management
- Elevate guest experiences consistent with luxury hospitality standards
