Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in food and beverage or hospitality
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, or related field preferred
  • Knowledge of food and beverage preparation techniques, health department rules, and liquor laws
  • Proven success in multi-unit food and beverage operations within luxury hospitality
  • Strong financial acumen including budgeting and cost control
  • Expertise in industry trends, culinary innovation, and beverage management
  • Experience managing large-scale initiatives and diverse operations
  • Proficiency in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing

Job Qualifications

  • At least 6 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
  • Proficient in Windows and company-approved spreadsheets and word processing
  • Knowledge of food and beverage preparation techniques, health department rules and liquor laws
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Capable of effective listening and problem-solving
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Willingness to work long hours
  • Able to perform medium physical work

Job Duties

  • Oversee culinary and service vision across the Kessler hotel portfolio
  • Lead and inspire Directors, General Managers, sommeliers, and culinary teams
  • Manage large-scale food and beverage inventories and multi-venue operations
  • Develop and execute complex food and beverage strategies
  • Ensure compliance with health, liquor, and safety regulations
  • Drive financial performance through budgeting, cost controls, and revenue management
  • Elevate guest experiences consistent with luxury hospitality standards
