Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum eight years of relevant hospitality experience
- Proven leadership ability in a multi-property environment
- Demonstrated expertise in financial management including P&L oversight
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to mentor and develop teams
- Proficiency in strategic planning and execution
- Flexibility to travel as required
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited university/college
- At least eight years of related experience
- Experience working with both branded and independent hotels and resorts is preferable
- Multi-property management experience
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong profit and loss management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to identify market trends and adjust business strategy accordingly
Job Duties
- Mentors General Managers to ensure successful operation of their hotels
- sets short-term and long range goals in tandem with Executive Team and GMs to aid and achieve each property's defined performance metrics
- Ensures responsible financial management of assigned hotels at all times
- Develops annual budgets to accurately forecast financial performance and deliver results in accordance with budgets
- Drives guest satisfaction by maintaining product and service quality standards
- Conducts periodic property inspections and ensures completion of Brand and Company training programs
- Initiates corrective action as necessary
- Works closely with owners to build relationships and ensure effective, proactive communication with ownership representatives
- Oversees implementation of sales, revenue management and marketing programs to achieve and exceed established RevPAR goals
- Ensures that all assigned assets are properly maintained and protected
- Enforces life safety programs and practices
- Critically analyzes all metrics including financial reports, guest satisfaction scores, quality assurance inspections, financial audits, associate opinion surveys, and employee turnover
- Assesses actual performance to defined benchmarks, identifies variances and initiates corrective action
