Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business or related field
- minimum of 7 years sales and marketing management experience or equivalent combination of education, training, or experience
- must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- must be able to maintain appropriate Gaming License and Alcohol Awareness card
- flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekend hours
- ability to cooperate with others to accomplish joint tasks and common objectives
- meet requirements of regular attendance to complete job responsibilities in a timely manner
- ability to perform complex reading, writing, math, and task completion
- ability to push/pull 25lbs or less
- ability to sit and stand for extended periods
- must exhibit courteous, respectful, and appropriate communication
- must contribute positively to work environment
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business or related field
- minimum of 7 years sales and marketing management experience or equivalent combination of education, training, or experience

Job Duties
- Participate as collaborative, key member of the Executive team to ensure business success
- develop and maintain the overall hotel revenue maximization plan for the property
- provide regular updates to GM and rest of executive team as appropriate
- develop and implement regional and national revenue-generating strategic initiatives
- build and grow the sales team through hiring and development
- provide visible leadership and communications to the sales organization
- drive results through the hotel sales teams by ensuring sales goals, targets, and forecasts are met
- set appropriate metrics for sales pipeline management and measure the sales team on metrics relevant to outcomes
- oversee the annual business planning for the property as well as the revenue generation portion
- build and maintain relationships with brand leadership to ensure Grand Sierra Resort is able to maximize brand value
- any other duties as assigned within the scope of this position
