Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, risk management, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in risk management or a related area
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in risk assessment tools and methodologies
- Experience in the hospitality sector preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments

Job Duties
- Collaborate with Operations, Legal, Human Resources, Communications, and Technology teams to identify and mitigate risks
- Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies across the organization
- Lead initiatives to enhance safety, compliance, and regulatory adherence
- Oversee risk assessments and audits to ensure operational integrity
- Manage crisis response planning and incident investigations
- Promote a culture of risk awareness and continuous improvement within the company
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Risk Management team
