Job Requirements
- 15+ years in senior leadership roles
- experience in asset management, hotel operations, or real estate finance
- bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
- willingness to travel globally

- proficiency in financial analysis and strategic planning
Job Qualifications
- 15+ years in senior leadership across asset management, hotel operations, and/or real estate finance
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Hospitality, or related field preferred
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
- Proven track record managing complex portfolios and driving performance
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and partners
Job Duties
- Provide direct real estate portfolio strategic oversight of owned and JV hotels globally, ensuring alignment with Hyatt’s brand identity and performance standards
- Develop and execute lifecycle strategies, including hold/sell analysis, market readiness, and asset positioning
- Lead operational performance for owned/leased assets in the Americas, ensuring guest experience, labor strategy, brand compliance, and margin delivery
- Evaluate and prioritize capital projects, ensuring ROI thresholds are met and investments reinforce Hyatt’s brand promise
- Partner with Design & Construction on large-scale projects, ensuring delivery against time, cost, and quality expectations
- Support diligence, underwriting, and execution of acquisitions, dispositions, and capital transactions
