Job Requirements

  • Five years of leadership experience with significant time as vice president or similar in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Experience expanding early-stage restaurant or multi-unit concepts regional and national
  • Proven financial success in growth and multi-concept restaurant companies
  • Executive presence and maturity with strong relationship building
  • Accountability, inclusiveness, fairness, humility, creative and forward thinking
  • Openness to new ideas and coaching
  • Quick adaptability to change and learning
  • Excellent project management and computer skills
  • Flexible availability including long hours, nights, and weekends
  • Ability to operate independently with minimal direction

Job Qualifications

  • Five years of leadership experience with significant experience as a vice president or similar role in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of financial success in multi-concept, growth-oriented restaurant companies
  • Strong executive presence and relationship-building skills

Job Duties

  • Create and manage detailed financial plans for all restaurants to meet or exceed budget spending targets
  • Drive operational planning and lead decision making to achieve financial results
  • Ensure high quality products and consistent preparation of menu items and specifications
  • Organize regular calls across the food and beverage platform to encourage communication and education
  • Monitor competitive landscape and attend industry events to stay informed
  • Maintain expert knowledge in food, P&L, budgets, scheduling, and catering services
  • Create and nurture a motivational and empowering work environment
  • Embrace agile work environment and guide others through change
  • Strategize opportunities for brand growth and partnerships
  • Understand operational challenges and provide direction for improvement
  • Foster a culture of candor, meticulous guest experience, and team transformation
