Job Requirements
- Five years of leadership experience with significant time as vice president or similar in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Experience expanding early-stage restaurant or multi-unit concepts regional and national
- Proven financial success in growth and multi-concept restaurant companies
- Executive presence and maturity with strong relationship building
- Accountability, inclusiveness, fairness, humility, creative and forward thinking
- Openness to new ideas and coaching
- Quick adaptability to change and learning
- Excellent project management and computer skills
- Flexible availability including long hours, nights, and weekends
- Ability to operate independently with minimal direction
Job Qualifications
- Five years of leadership experience with significant experience as a vice president or similar role in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Proven track record of financial success in multi-concept, growth-oriented restaurant companies

Job Duties
- Create and manage detailed financial plans for all restaurants to meet or exceed budget spending targets
- Drive operational planning and lead decision making to achieve financial results
- Ensure high quality products and consistent preparation of menu items and specifications
- Organize regular calls across the food and beverage platform to encourage communication and education
- Monitor competitive landscape and attend industry events to stay informed
- Maintain expert knowledge in food, P&L, budgets, scheduling, and catering services
- Create and nurture a motivational and empowering work environment
- Embrace agile work environment and guide others through change
- Strategize opportunities for brand growth and partnerships
- Understand operational challenges and provide direction for improvement
- Foster a culture of candor, meticulous guest experience, and team transformation
