Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality business or related field preferred
- 10 plus years of experience in franchise operating models and or commercial leadership roles
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders
- Strategic mindset with proven ability to drive business growth
- Willingness to travel as needed for franchise and commercial collaborations
- Demonstrated commitment to company values of empathy inclusion integrity experimentation respect and wellbeing
Job Qualifications
- 10 plus years of experience in franchise operating models and or commercial leadership spaces such as sales marketing revenue management digital or loyalty
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality business or a related field preferred
- Team leadership and strong cross functional ability
- Experience with a broad regional or global organization is preferred
- Strong strategic thinking and communication skills
- Proven ability to drive results and lead collaborative initiatives
Job Duties
- Partner with third party operators and owners to drive top line performance of their hotels thereby driving loyalty from this community
- Work as a member of the broader franchise team to build strategy around how Hyatt continues to differentiate in the competitive hospitality space both driving current results and with an eye to future growth
- Be a leader on both franchise and Americas commercial teams collaborating with others in this space to drive core initiatives that unlock value for owners and differentiate Hyatt in the consumer's eye
- Lead a team of high functioning individuals who are strong collaborators and leaders representing the brand in how they approach the business
- Collaborate across functions and teams to ensure alignment and execution of commercial strategies
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team
