Job Requirements

  • Graduated from a university or hotel school within the past 24 months
  • Enrolled college/university students with expected graduation December 2025-August 2026 may be considered
  • Ability to work full-time
  • Strong passion for the hospitality industry
  • Eligible to work in the country applied for
  • Willingness to relocate if required

  • Superior critical-thinking skills

  • Work authorization in the country of application

Job Duties

  • Participate in mini-rotations across various hotel disciplines
  • Cultivate customer relationships and foster collaboration
  • Manage hotel projects and lead process improvements
  • Contribute innovative ideas and solutions to management meetings
  • Engage with senior leaders and participate in leadership training
  • Support daily operational functions in assigned departments
  • Complete special projects and assignments drawing on training experience
