Job Requirements

  • must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
  • strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • ability to lead and motivate teams
  • availability to work full time
  • willingness to work on-site at Bethesda, Maryland
  • legal authorization to work in the united states

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • previous experience in hospitality or management roles advantageous
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment
  • proficiency with hotel management software and technology
  • excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • flexibility to work various shifts as required
