- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to walk and travel throughout dealership and lot
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
- Good communication skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to follow safety guidelines

Job Duties
- Greet customers and determine if they have an appointment
- Introduce customers to service advisors
- Ensure customers have all personal items out of vehicles
- Prepare vehicles by tagging and installing protective seat covers and floor mats
- Transport vehicles to designated parking areas to await service
- Deliver completed vehicles to customers
- Provide shuttle service as needed
- Keep the service area safe, neat, and clean
- Inform service manager of cleaning supply needs
- Check service parking lot at the end of the day to ensure vehicles are locked and keys are placed correctly
- Perform other duties as directed by management to support the service department
- Conduct business within Pedersen Toyota Volvo policies and procedures
- Act ethically and with integrity for the benefit of the customer and business
- Portray a positive image of Pedersen Toyota Volvo and foster a professional work environment
- Observe all dealership safety regulations and procedures
- Maintain a clean and neat work area
- Report any safety or health concerns immediately
- Be well-groomed, clean, and ready to work at the assigned time
- Perform additional duties as needed for the proper functioning of the department
