Job Requirements

  • Working-level knowledge of English including reading, writing, and speaking
  • bachelor’s degree in human relations or similar area preferred
  • minimum one year of supervisory experience required
  • experience in customer service leadership, volunteer coordination, or human resources preferred
  • ability to obtain and maintain a valid State of Nevada driver’s license
  • ability to pass Renown Health’s Department of Motor Vehicle Report criteria
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • ability to complete online learning and benefits enrollment

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human relations or related field preferred
  • effective supervisory skills with minimum one year experience
  • experience in customer service leadership or volunteer coordination preferred
  • certification in volunteer administration preferred
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Job Duties

  • Develop and coordinate the volunteer program
  • recruit, train, place, and retain volunteers
  • assess volunteer performance
  • ensure compliance with policies and regulations
  • maintain volunteer files and records
  • coordinate volunteer scheduling and placement
  • organize program special events and community outreach
