Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- three years of office experience
- ability to work day shifts during rotation
- strong organizational skills
- effective communication abilities
- experience with scheduling and coordinating volunteers
- no weekend or holiday work required
- no on-call obligations

- ability to coordinate multiple tasks effectively
- experience with volunteer or community service coordination preferred
- proficiency in scheduling and organizational tools

Job Duties
- work closely with volunteer leaders in recruiting volunteers
- interview and orient new volunteers
- place volunteers in appropriate departments
- assess volunteer needs with Essentia Health departments
- schedule volunteers according to needs
- assist with volunteer and auxiliary events
- manage Gift Shop at Deer River location
- complete special projects as assigned
