Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid CDL Class A or B license
- Current DOT Medical Card
- Proven safe driving record
- Physically able to lift/carry up to 100 lbs climb ladders/stairs and work in varying weather conditions
- No unexplained gaps in employment history
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment drug testing physical and background checks
Job Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A or B license
- Current DOT Medical Card
- Proven safe driving record
- Physically able to lift/carry up to 100 lbs climb ladders/stairs and work in varying weather conditions
- No unexplained gaps in employment history
- Strong teamwork reliability and adaptability
- Previous experience as a Mixer Operator or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to undergo SRM's pre-employment screenings
Job Duties
- Safely operate a concrete mixer truck to transport and deliver concrete products
- Load and mix concrete ingredients by following specific job orders and company protocols
- Ensure timely delivery of concrete products to construction sites maintaining courteous and professional interaction with customers and the public
- Conduct pre-and post-operation checks on the mixer truck to ensure its proper functioning and report any maintenance or repair needs
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of all team members and the public
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries vehicle maintenance and other relevant documentation as required
- Work closely with the dispatch team to ensure efficient scheduling and routing of deliveries
- Assist in other duties as assigned including general maintenance tasks or supporting other team members in the production process
