Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a high volume full service restaurant
  • ability to independently resolve complex workplace challenges
  • strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • clear communication and active listening
  • proficiency with Windows OS and office software
  • understanding of financial data and arithmetic

  • 2 to 4 years experience in a high volume full service restaurant
  • proven leadership skills in a kitchen environment
  • excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • proficiency in Windows OS, spreadsheets, and word processing

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests and team with a positive attitude and professional chef style
  • uphold Aimbridge Hospitality standards to ensure safe and efficient kitchen operations
  • lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to achieve high performance
  • manage kitchen budgets and maintain well-stocked pantry
  • develop banquet menus and design creative food presentations
  • maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
  • collaborate with Executive Chef to ensure operational excellence
