Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in hotel front office or night audit roles
  • ability to work overnight shifts
  • management experience overseeing multiple associates
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including overtime
  • familiarity with hotel financial reporting

  • experience in a management role within the hospitality industry

Job Duties

  • oversee front office functions during overnight hours
  • ensure quality guest service prior to and throughout the stay
  • maximize room revenue and occupancy
  • direct work of at least three full-time associates or equivalents
  • perform administrative, executive and professional tasks
  • use discretion and independent judgment in decision making
  • complete all job responsibilities including overtime as necessary
