Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hotel front office or night audit roles
- ability to work overnight shifts
- management experience overseeing multiple associates
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including overtime
- familiarity with hotel financial reporting

Job Duties
- oversee front office functions during overnight hours
- ensure quality guest service prior to and throughout the stay
- maximize room revenue and occupancy
- direct work of at least three full-time associates or equivalents
- perform administrative, executive and professional tasks
- use discretion and independent judgment in decision making
- complete all job responsibilities including overtime as necessary
