Job Requirements

  • associate or culinary degree preferred
  • minimum 3 years kitchen management experience in high-volume retail, bakery, hospitality, or restaurant setting
  • experience with catering and event food preparation desirable
  • current or ability to obtain ServSafe certification required
  • strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

  • ensure kitchen safety and compliance with health regulations
  • maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
