Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years hotel experience or a 4-year hospitality/business degree plus 3+ years related experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Familiarity with hotel operations, yield management, and PMS systems
- Skilled in analyzing financial data
- Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Service-oriented approach
- Adherence to Aimbridge Hospitality standards
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Partner with hotel leaders for daily revenue strategy and yield controls
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to attract group business and enhance hotel presence
- Analyze revenue data and market trends to inform decision-making and forecasting
- Lead revenue meetings, produce detailed reports, and conduct training sessions
- Participate in reviews, coach revenue team members, and manage budget planning
- Develop and execute innovative strategies to maximize inventory revenue across multiple channels
