Job Duties

  • Keep kitchen cleanliness and follow food safety protocols
  • bake a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts using established recipes and creative skills
  • manage dough preparation including kneading and scaling
  • monitor and organize inventory to minimize waste
  • collaborate effectively with team members to maintain a positive and productive kitchen environment
  • provide excellent customer service by ensuring high-quality products
  • manage baking schedules to ensure timely preparation of goods
