Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- One to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to work well in team environment
- Good interpersonal skills
- Punctual and good attendance
- Effective communication skills including both oral and written form
- Attention to detail
- Maintain confidentiality
- Current California driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
- Food Handler’s Certification
- Ability to stand for up to 10 hours
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds

Job Duties
- Provide teaching, training, and supervision for vocational learners on kitchen projects
- Exhibit calm and assertive behavior in tense situations
- Establish rapport with diverse individuals
- Assist learners in managing interpersonal conflicts and identifying solutions
- Communicate clearly and effectively
- Prepare and scale recipes for production
- Implement cooking and baking recipes
- Maintain adherence to sanitation and safety procedures and organizational policies
- Ensure regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
